Stephen J. Driscoll, a partner in Saul Ewing’s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice, is a panelist for this CLE course at the Association of Corporate Counsel Annual Meeting 2015 in Boston, Massachusetts.

Steve and three other panelists are discussing strategies and practices to engage and incentivize inventors to increase patent filings and protect intellectual property. They will share tips for working within R&D culture to define innovation, identify and document patentable inventions and enlist inventor support and collaboration in protecting the company in the context of third-party engagements.

Joining Steve on this panel are: Reid Cunningham, associate patent counsel for University of Rochester; William Eipert, senior managing counsel for Xerox Corporation; and Elliot Miller, corporate counsel for Wowza Media Systems.

The 90-minute panel discussion begins at 9:00 a.m. The ACC Annual Meeting begins October 18 at the Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center and concludes October 21.
