Eidelman to present at ABA Labor and Employment Law Conference

He will participate in a session called “Steps for an Effective Opening,” which will cover how to develop a story line for litigation, highlight it in an opening statement and communicate it effectively to the judge and jury.
The conference will take place October 31-November 3, 2012 at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, Georgia. Sponsored by the ABA’s Section of Labor and Employment Law, the event covers a wide range of topics such as alternative dispute resolution, employee benefits and ethics. Participants can earn up to a year’s worth of CLEs at the conference.
