November 12, 2016

Gary Eidelman, partner and chair of Saul Ewing’s Labor and Employment Practice, will join a panel at the American Bar Association’s 10th annual Labor and Employment Law Conference to discuss the effects of the recent changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on the discovery process. The presentation will offer guidance on litigation strategies for obtaining, limiting, and negotiating the scope of discovery, and will offer special suggestions for managing e-discovery requests and obtaining electronically stored information.
