Glaser presents at Using and Drafting Trusts in Estate Planning program
Sessions will explore revocable living trusts, bypass trusts and credit shelter trusts

Jeffrey Glaser, a partner in the Personal Wealth, Estates and Trusts Practice, will lead two sessions at the 2016 Using and Drafting Trusts in Estate Planning CLE program, sponsored by the Maryland State Bar Association. The program will take place from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Ecker Business Training Center in Columbia, Maryland. Jeffrey will present “Revocable Living Trusts – Advantages, Disadvantages, and Elements” from 10:45 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. and “Bypass or Credit Shelter Trusts: Maryland Estate Tax Planning for Retirement Benefits” from 11:15 a.m. 12:00 p.m.
