Heylman presents report on health plan consolidation to Montgomery County Council
Paul M. Heylman, a partner in the Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Group and Ports and Maritime practice, along with the task force chair and the wellness committee chair, presented to the County Council their report analyzing the issues of wellness and consolidation on the $400 million Montgomery County spends annually on its health plans. Paul, who served as chair of the committee on plan consolidation, has been working on the Montgomery County Maryland Task Force on Employee Wellness and Consolidation of Agency Group Insurance Programs for five months.
