Heylman to Speak at Marine Terminal Management Training Program
Panels will explore federal regulation of ocean shipping and labor issues for ports and marine terminals

Paul Heylman, chair of Saul Ewing’s Ports and Maritime Practice, is a panelist for two presentations at the Marine Terminal Management Training Program in Long Beach, California.  On Thursday, September 17, he and a prominent carrier lawyer will team-teach a course on the 1984 Shipping Act.  He will also participate in a session on port labor issues.

The training program is sponsored by the American Association of Port Authorities and the National Association of Waterfront Employers.
