Sexual Misconduct & Study Abroad: Key Compliance Issues for Title IX, VAWA, & the Clery Act Overseas

Jim Keller, partner and chair of Saul Ewing’s Higher Education Practice, and Amy Piccola, an associate in the Higher Education Practice, will lead a session at the 2016 Higher Education Risk Management Conference at the Hyatt Hill Country in San Antonio, Texas. The conference takes place from April 3- April 6, 2016 and offers comprehensive educational opportunities for professionals working in the areas of risk management.  

Jim and Amy’s session will begin at 2:45 p.m. on the second day of the conference and will discuss the open issues, quirks, and challenges of investigating sexual misconduct matters for students in a study abroad program while complying with U.S. and, in some instances, foreign laws and regulations.
