Keller, DeRose to speak at URMIA Conference
James Keller, co-chair of the Higher Education Practice and a member of the Insurance Practice, and Jennifer DeRose, an associate in the Higher Education Practice, will speak at the 44th Annual Conference of the University Risk Management and Insurance Association. During this panel discussion, they will examine recent high-profile hazing incidents, including the death of drum major Robert Champion at Florida A&M University, and explore challenges to imposing hazing bans. Possible strategies and policies to combat hazing also will be presented.
