Sharon Levine, a partner in Saul Ewing’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, will serve as a panelist at a session during the 90th annual National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges. Sharon’s session will discuss restructuring support agreements and intercreditor agreement provisions, both commonly used when an entity is purchasing a company in debt. The panelists will share their strategies for when to use these agreements, what to ask for in them, and when to challenge them.
