Litigating and Resolving Employment Cases: Views from the Bench

Harriet E. Cooperman, a Partner and Chair of the Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Group in the Baltimore office, is on the faculty for this two-day annual seminar hosted by the Georgetown University Law Center.

Twenty-seven federal and state court judges from across the region will provide practical tips on all phases of employment litigation, from preparing for trial and trial strategies to summary judgment proceedings, settlement and ADR. Ms. Cooperman will act as the defendant in the one-hour presentation, "Fact and Expert Witnesses" on November 3 at 4 p.m.

The seminar will be held at the Hart Auditorium at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. beginning at 8:15 a.m. until 5 p.m. on November 3 and from 8:15 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on November 4.
