Paul M. Heylman and Ira M. Shepard, Partners in the Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Group, are on the faculty for this 90-minute seminar sponsored by the Washington Metropolitan Area Corporate Counsel Association (WMACCA).

The program will cover employment law issues particularly relevant in today’s unstable economy. Topics discussed will focus on the warning signs of discriminatory claims in light of adverse employment actions, management techniques and proactive steps employers can take to navigate potential hazards.
