Four Saul Ewing Partners will participate in this two-day conference at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia.

Eric L. Brossman, Vice Office Managing Partner of the Harrisburg Office and member of the Business Department, is a course planner for the Institute. He will present, "Dealing with Troubled Businesses: New Rules & Roles in the Wake of Bankruptcy Reform."

Robert H. Louis, Co-Chair of the Personal Wealth, Estates and Trusts Department, Frederick D. Strober, Philadelphia Office Managing Partner and Catherine E. Walters, a Partner in the Business Department, are all on the faculty for the institute.

Mr. Louis will present, "Exit Strategies and Succession Planning."

Mr. Strober will present, ""How to Succeed on a Non-Profit Board-What the Civic-Minded Lawyer Needs to Know."

Ms. Walters, who is also a member of the Institute Advisory Panel, will present, "New Directions in Affirmative Action Compliance," and "The Fair Labor Standards Act Regs Overhaul-Where Are We Two Years Later?"
