Reporting Back for Duty: USERRA and the Rights of Military Employees

The webinar will cover the job protections under U.S. employment law for employees who take leave for military service. The 90-minute presentation will cover various aspects of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), including measures employers must take to comply with this employee-friendly statute and how employees can protect and exercise their legal rights.
