Riley to speak at RESPRO 2013 Regulatory Seminar

Francis “Trip” Riley, III, a partner in the Consumer Financial Services Practice, is a panelist for two sessions at the Real Estate Services Providers Council’s 2013 Regulatory Seminar in Nashville, Tennessee on September 18-19, 2013.

The first session, “JV or MSA? How to Choose in Today’s Environment,” will explore the pros and cons of the regulatory frameworks for marketing services agreements and joint ventures to help business owners select the more appropriate model for their company. This session will take place from 11 a.m. – Noon.

The second session, “ Options for Mortgage Brokerage ABAs in a Dodd-Frank Environment,” will provide guidance on minimizing the impact of the Ability to Repay/QM and loan officer compensation rules implemented through the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This session will take place from 2:45 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
