Maria Ruark, a partner in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, moderated a panel of judges from the Mid-Atlantic region at the Maryland Bankruptcy Bar Association’s 17th Annual Spring Break Weekend workshop.  The panel addressed hot bankruptcy topics such as administratively insolvent estates, carve-outs for professionals, structured dismissals, non-debtor releases and exculpation clauses, credit bidding, jurisdiction challenges, liens, roll-ups and bad faith filings.
