Eric L. Brossman, a Partner in Saul Ewing's Business and Bankruptcy and Restructuring Departments in the Harrisburg office, will serve on the faculty panel for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminar, “Structuring and Drafting Commercial Loan Documents.”

Mr. Brossman, who concentrates his practice in corporate and bankruptcy law, business reorganization and counseling, loan documentation and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and venture capital financing, will discuss "Indemnities, Releases and Waivers," "Third Party Agreements," and "Creation, Attachment and Perfection of Security Interests in Intellectual Property Assets."

The seminar will be offered in three locations in March on the following dates: March 16 in Philadelphia; March 22 in Mechanicsburg, and March 29 in Pittsburgh The seminar is approved for six CLE credits and seven CPA credits.
