Two Saul Ewing attorneys to present at 17th Annual Bankruptcy Institute
Top Commercial Cases of the Year and UCC Issues for the Bankruptcy Practitioner

Robyn F. Pollack and Eric L. Brossman, both partners in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, will speak at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 17th Annual Bankruptcy Institute. Both will speak at the event on September 20, 2012 in Philadelphia, PA. Brossman also will speak at the event on October 9, 2012 in Mechanicsburg, PA.

At the Philadelphia event, both Robyn and Eric are panel members on the workshop Top Commercial Cases of the Year. They will speak about decisions from the Supreme Court, 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and other venues that issued opinions related to Chapter 11 cases that are important to attorneys practicing commercial bankruptcy. Eric also will lead a workshop on UCC Issues for the Bankruptcy Practitioner, which will cover recent developments in the Uniform Commercial Code and unique issues for bankruptcy practitioners.

At the Mechanicsburg event, Eric will moderate the Top Commercial Cases of the Year workshop and lead the UCC Issues for the Bankruptcy Practitioner.

Both events are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. The Philadelphia event is at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building. The Mechanicsburg event, which will simulcast select sessions at Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, is at the PBI Conference Center.

The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board has approved the course for 5 hours of CLE credit in substantive law and 1 hour in ethics.
