William W. Warren, Jr., a partner in Saul Ewing’s Government Contracts Practice, was a faculty member for the Association of Pennsylvania Municipal Managers Fall Managers’ Meetings presented by the Pennsylvania Municipal League.

During a series of three meetings  held in Monroeville, Carlisle and Upper Merion Township, Pennsylvania, Bill teamed up with Manuel Lazerov, co-founder and managing member of American Infrastructure Investors, to explain  how public-private partnerships can empower local governments to meet economic challenges. The meetings aimed to help the managers learn how to develop public-partnerships that will help secure improvements to municipal infrastructure without raising taxes or creating additional debt.
