Williams to discuss contract drafting at ACC Annual Meeting
Drafting Contracts Using the Internet and Other Available Sources
October 29, 2014

Chad Williams, a partner in Saul Ewing’s Business and Finance Practice and chair of the firm’s Family Business Practice, is a panelist for this CLE course at the Association of Corporate Counsel Annual Meeting 2014 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Chad and three other panelists are discussing specific tools for contract drafting and negotiation (beyond form contracts) from the Internet, ACC and other sources that are free or low cost. These tools are particularly helpful to legal departments that may not have access to contract drafting software or seek reasonably priced alternatives.

Joining Chad on this panel are: Glenn Leger, general counsel and vice president of legal affairs for Tedeschi Food Shops; Linda Sharp, associate general counsel for ZL Technologies Inc.; and Gregory Standeford, general counsel and company secretary for Larson Financial Group, LLC.

The 90-minute panel discussion begins at 11:00 a.m. The ACC Annual Meeting begins October 28 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and concludes October 31.
