Keith Williams, an associate in the Firm's Environment and Natural Resources Practice, presents at the 2019 Nova Southeastern Environmental Law Symposium at the Shepard Broad College of Law in Florida on May 10. Keith will cover the divergent federal appellate court interpretations of the scope of federal wetlands permitting jurisdiction under the Clean Water Act as well as recent developments regarding the Endangered Species Act.
