Saul Ewing LLP is proud to sponsor the 35th annual 2016 Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar hosted by the ABA Section of Litigation's Corporate Counsel Committee in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This three-days seminar runs through Feb. 13 and is co-hosted by the Section's Business Torts & Unfair Competition Litigation, Minority Trial Lawyer and Woman Advocate Committees.  Three prominent general counsel are serving as honorary co-chairs for the 2016 edition of the event: Nima Kelly of GoDaddy, Don Liu of Xerox Corporation, and Paulette Dodson of PetSmart, Inc.  In addition, the Minority Corporate Counsel Association is partnering with ABA to promote the seminar.

Elizabeth S. Fenton, a partner in Saul Ewing’s Commercial Litigation Practice,  will serve as a panelist on a program at the seminar titled “Can I Get a Witness?  Preparing for 30(b)(6) Depositions.”

Both Beth and her fellow partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice, Cathleen M. Devlin, are regular attendees and speakers at the seminar, which is known for its relaxed and collaborative environment in which in-house and outside counsel converse candidly about issues of concern to litigators representing corporations.

The 2016 seminar will take place at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa and registration is free for in-house counsel.  For more information or to register for this event, please click here
