First, Dena will be speaking on the topic of "Top 10 Post-COVID Employee Handbook Policies Every Employer Needs". Here's a brief description:
This interactive session will address the rapidly changing workplace environment post-COVID to assist you in understanding the newest policy changes after the pandemic. Legal compliance continues to evolve at the federal, state, and local levels. Employers should address these issues head on through their handbook policies on: leaves of absence, workplace respect and bullying, remote work, privacy, time and attendance, and wage and hour requirements. Handbooks are the best way to communicate with employees about these changes. Out-of-date, incomplete, and vague handbook policies create employer risk and employee morale issues.
