Saul Ewing attorneys hosted a timely discussion on topics relating to Minnesota’s new adult-use cannabis law. During this one-hour program, we examined the implications of the law for all Minnesota employers, including those relating to drug testing and drug-free workplace policies. We also addressed topics relevant for businesses in the cannabis space, including regulatory, licensing and tax issues.
