PRINCETON, NJ (February 14, 2023) – Alyson Leone brings 20 years of legal experience to her new role as a partner in the firm’s Health Care Practice, where she will focus on advising health care industry clients on corporate transactions that shape the growth and development of their business.
Clients ranging from physician and dental practices, ambulatory surgery centers to urgent care centers and behavioral health facilities rely on Alyson to advise them on the formation and structure of their business entities. Her experience also includes drafting and negotiating shareholder, operating and employment agreements, advising on the purchase and sale of assets and ownership interests and putting together joint ventures.

Ms. Leone earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School and her B.S. from SUNY Binghamton University.
