Athira Sivan is a member of the Transactional Department in the Firm's Philadelphia office. She maintains a general corporate practice and assists with a variety of deals.
While earning her J.D. at University of Pennsylvania Law School, Athira was an intern in the Philadelphia Law Department, where she assisted the commercial law unit with analyzing vendor proposals and worked with the financial unit in organizing and negotiating city contracts. She also interned for the New York Law Department and a law firm.
Athira is fluent in Malayalam.
