Overview

Tricia Duffy maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes. Tricia has experience advising institutions of higher education on matters involving Title IX and affirmative action, as well responding to OCR investigations. Recently, she has been tracking the evolving landscape surrounding name, image, likeness (NIL) and has experience advising institutions about their NIL obligations, as well as assisting with drafting institutional NIL policies.

Tricia attended Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was the 2018 valedictorian. While earning her law degree, she was a summer associate at Saul Ewing.

During her third year of law school, she was selected to be a Josiah Oliver Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Karen L. Valihura of the Delaware Supreme Court where she reviewed briefs, wrote memoranda, and helped draft opinions and orders. Prior to her fellowship, Tricia interned at the Delaware Civil Clinic and in the family law unit at Philadelphia Legal Assistance. She also served as her law school's domestic violence research and advocacy fellow.
