Albert F. Moran
Albert Moran assists clients across a variety of industries with complex commercial and appellate litigation. Al's experience includes: conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; developing and executing litigation strategies; and managing fact and expert discovery. Al also has experience taking depositions, arguing motions, preparing for trial, and preparing for appellate oral arguments. While Al has substantive experience litigating environmental and energy matters and defending class actions, he has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in a diverse array of other cases in both state and federal courts.
Al is a graduate of the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. Before attending law school, Al worked as a math teacher with Teach For America at a charter school in Philadelphia, where he was recognized as an in-house Teacher of the Year and led his students to achieve the school's highest standardized test scores in six years.
