Jacqueline Allen Brooks named to The Daily Record’s “2013 Leading Women” list

The Daily Record announces its 2013 Leading Women honorees

Jacqueline L. Allen Brooks, an associate in the Business and Finance Practice, has been named to the “2013 Leading Women” list published by The Daily Record.

The list includes women who are 40 years old or younger and have made tremendous accomplishments in their careers. They are selected based on their professional experience, community involvement and commitment to inspiring change.

Jacque, who is resident in the firm’s Baltimore office, concentrates her practice in general business and commercial law. She counsels clients in mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of businesses, commercial finance, private offerings of debt and equity securities, and life science transactions.

She has a law degree from Washington University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University. She was selected to the Rising Stars list in Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine in 2013 and received the 2011 Alex Fee Memorial Pro Bono Service Award from the Maryland State Bar Association.

“We congratulate Jacque,” said Saul Ewing Managing Partner David Antzis. “We are proud to see her recognized for her legal work and community involvement. She is an outstanding role model and colleague both within Saul Ewing and the Baltimore community.”

Jacque will be honored at a celebratory dinner in December in Baltimore.
