Andrew Segall has been selected for The Daily Record's 2013 VIP List
June 21, 2013 – Andrew H. Segall, special counsel in the Business and Finance Practice in the Baltimore office, has been selected to The Daily Record’s 2013 Very Important Professionals (VIP) List.
Andy concentrates his practice on representing clients in corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of foreign and domestic concerns, real estate development and leasing, financing transactions, corporate formation and governance, commercial contract negotiation and drafting, securities reporting and compliance, and employment agreements.
In addition to his legal practice, Andy has, since 2004, been a dedicated volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Baltimore. Andy can always be reliably found at the Ronald McDonald House every third Tuesday of the month as “the Bingo guy” where he organizes and calls Bingo games, and provides all of the prizes for such games to those families staying at RMH.
