CHICAGO – May 18, 2016 – The national law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP welcomes Arthur H. Evans, Daniel M. Loewenstein, and J. Christian Manalli to its Chicago office, which they have joined as partners.

Arthur H. Evans brings his practice to the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Counseling, Estate Planning & Probate Administration, Real Estate, and Tax Practice Groups. Mr. Evans is also a certified public accountant, with substantial experience in corporate, tax, real estate, estate planning and probate matters. He serves as corporate counsel to a number of closely-held businesses, and has served as a director of various corporations.

Daniel M. Loewenstein joins the firm’s Commercial & Real Estate Finance Transactions, Real Estate, and Corporate Transactions & Counseling Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on real estate and corporate transactions. His experience includes commercial leasing and complex real estate transactions, such as exchanges and business sales and purchases.

J. Christian Manalli focuses his work on estate planning, tax planning, and tax preparation for individuals, trusts, tax exempt organizations and business entities, asset protection planning, probate and trust administration, contested trust and estate litigation, guardianships, elder law, the representation of parties in the sale or purchase of a business, corporate and business law, and forming corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships and tax-exempt organizations. He joins the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Counseling, Estate Planning & Probate Administration, Not for Profit Organizations, and Tax Practice Groups.
