Why US Lags Behind on Graphic Cigarette Warnings

Jonathan Haves, chair of the Food and Beverage Practice and co-chair of its Cannabis Law Practice, is quoted in BBC News discussing the proposed change to health warnings on cigarette packets involving graphic images. According to Jonathan, the first obstacle standing in the way of this change in the U.S. is the First Amendment. 

"We take freedom of speech more seriously than most other things in our country," said Jonathan.
