Chicago Partners Serve as Faculty at CFA Workouts & Bankruptcy Workshop
May 21, 2015

Arnstein & Lehr LLP Chicago partners George P. Apostolides and Kevin H. Morse served as faculty members during the Commercial Finance Association’s (CFA) Workouts & Bankruptcy Workshop, held May 19 – May 21, at the Chicago offices of DLA Piper.

The workshop is a three-day overview of the workouts and bankruptcy process. Mr. Apostolides and Mr. Morse discussed the topics of consensual workouts and avoidance actions. The program focuses on what’s important in documents in downside scenarios and will help take the mystery out of bankruptcy buzz words. Attendees include workout specialists, account managers, loan officers, new business staff, credit officers and others with asset-based lending experience.

The CFA is the international trade association dedicated to the asset-based lending and factoring industries.
