Gillian Cooper, an associate in Saul Ewing’s Labor and Employment Practice, is quoted in an article in the Penn Record on a judge’s ruling in a Title VII case which could set a precedent for future Equal Employment Opportunity Commission arguments in similar cases. 

"The judge’s reasoning that the comments were directed at Mr. Baxley because he did not fit in a 'gendered expectation' based on 'sexual attraction' is a solid foundation for the EEOC’s argument moving forward,” Gillian said in the article.
