Michael Gesas, managing partner of the Firm’s Chicago office, is quoted in this Crain’s Chicago Business article. Michael discusses the trials and tribulations in the Firm’s first year as the merged Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr.

"Getting the operational side together was more difficult, or at least more time-consuming," said Michael.

Ultimately, though the Firm experienced $5 million in new revenue since the merger, Michael attributes the success to the combined Firm’s camaraderie.

"Make sure you like your partners before you worry about the dollars," said Michael.
