Toby Eveland, vice managing partner of the Firm's Chicago Office, is quoted in Law360 discussing the Firm's involvement with the Diverse Attorney Pipeline Program. So far the Firm has had three female students come through the program, one of whom is a litigation associate in Chicago.

"I think having women-of-color law students and then young attorneys being mentored by people who share that same connectedness and lived experience is a key component of the program’s success," said Toby.
