Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr lawyers Martin Doyle, Andrew Barris and Matan Shmuel are mentioned in The Legal Intelligencer’s "People in the News" section for their involvement with the Cambodian Rural Students Trust.

Martin, Matan and Andrew recently obtained a federal tax exemption for the Cambodia Rural Students Foundation (CRSF). CRSF is the US based fundraising arm of the Cambodia Rural Students Trust, a Cambodian NGO devoted to improving educational opportunities for rural Cambodian villagers. The application presented unique challenges dealing with the exportation of US funds abroad to foreign NGOs. As a result of this recent recognition, CRSF can now pursue active donor pledges.
