April 14, 2005

Robyn F. Pollack, an Associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice in the Philadelphia office, was prominently featured in this article about how women lawyers network to make it in the business world.

Ms. Pollack, who founded a networking group for women in her profession, was profiled on the cover of the Young Lawyers Supplement of The Legal Intelligencer. Her group, called the Networking Organization for Women, seeks to offer women the same chances as men to network, but in settings that are more comfortable to them. Ms. Pollack credits Saul Ewing for creating a work culture that supports women and has allowed her to "form a good balance between her law practice, networking responsibilities and family life."
