Riley and Rowan mentioned in Law360 article about dispute over Honda franchise territory
Francis X. “Trip” Riley, III and Michael Rowan, respectively, a partner and an associate in Saul Ewing’s Commercial Litigation Practice, are mentioned as the attorneys representing All Star Motors LLC, a party in a case where the plaintiff, a competing Honda dealership, attempted to re-litigate and bring Federal RICO and common law causes of action related to a prior state court action whereby American Honda’s grant of a franchise to All Star was upheld.
The article reports that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed a District Court’s order dismissing the competing Honda dealership’s complaint which sought to collaterally attack the prior state court’s judgment which affirmed American Honda’s right to grant All Star the Honda franchise.
