Sally Michael featured in The Jewish Advocate
Sally E. Michael, a partner in the Real Estate Practice and Boston Vice Office Managing Partner, was featured this week in an article in The Jewish Advocate.
A seasoned real estate attorney who thrives on complex commercial deals, Ms. Michael represents owners and developers in acquisitions, financings, dispositions, development and commercial property leasing. She also represents borrowers and lenders in debt restructuring and handles recapitalizations and joint venture equity transactions. She said what she likes most about her work is the creativity and problem-solving. “Clients are developers who want their projects done well and quickly and right.” She navigates around obstacles. In December 2010, Ms. Michael oversaw a large real estate portfolio transaction in the middle of a blizzard with members of the team scattered throughout the country and the client in South America. She made it work.
In the article, Ms. Michael also discussed the firm’s Real Estate Practice.
“The firm’s transactions are usually in the $2 million to $30 million range. Some are in the $50 million to $100 million range,” Ms. Michael said. “All are complicated.”
