Zachary discusses firm’s diversity and inclusion efforts
Sheri Zachary, Saul Ewing’s Director of Career Development and Inclusion, discusses how the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives have evolved over the years. In the article, Sheri notes that in the past, efforts have been siloed and targeted only to minority groups, however today the firm’s initiatives have grown to address the needs of diverse groups and individuals.
“All lawyers need business development, but business development for a diverse attorney might look different than business development for a straight white guy,” she said in the article. “By looking at it as a talent management continuum, we just address the different needs of the different constituents.”
