"We are very excited that Angela has agreed to join Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr," said Luis Flores, office managing partner for the Firm's Miami office. "Her deep ties to the Miami business and legal community, combined with her nearly two decades of experience as a litigator, further deepens the bench of the Firm's already strong litigation team for our clients."

Ms. de Cespedes' capabilities include advising clients facing a potential or actual crisis in order to minimize the risk of litigation, and providing crisis management and counsel regarding the collection and preservation of evidence in order to avoid or minimize the impact of litigation and possible exposure. "In representing the interests of the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium on a variety of matters over the past 16 years, Angela’s unique approach to resolving disputes and tenacity are unmatched," said Myles Pistorius, Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Miami Dolphins and its related facilities.  Her contributions also include having previously secured an award to represent the City of Miami as its outside counsel in connection with the development of Freedom Park, a soccer stadium and mixed-use project, which is slated to be the future home of David Beckham’s Major League Soccer (MLS) team, Inter Miami CF.

"Angela is also well positioned to serve clients with legal interests nationally and globally as a result of long standing relationships forged over the course of the last decade through her association with Interlaw Ltd., a global network of full-service regional independent law firms in over 80 countries and 150 commercial centers worldwide, where she served as North American Chair of Diversity and Inclusion and as Global Chair of Litigation," Flores added.

Ms. de Cespedes earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, her B.A. from University of Miami, and is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York.
