Arnstein & Lehr’s Konstantinos Armiros and Erik Kantz Represent Seller in Condé Nast Acquisition of Pitchfork Media
Arnstein & Lehr LLP Chicago partners Konstantinos Armiros and Erik Kantz were part of the team representing the seller in Tuesday’s transaction wherein New York magazine publisher Condé Nast acquired Chicago-based online music source Pitchfork Media. Mr. Armiros and Mr. Kantz counseled Pitchfork founder, Ryan Schreiber.
Condé Nast owns popular magazines Vogue and Vanity Fair, and the acquisition was a step in building the company's digital network. Pitchfork was founded in 1995 and is recognized as a leading voice in independent music while also thriving in the events business, with annual festivals held in Chicago and Paris.
