Arnstein & Lehr Adds Environmental and Real Estate Strength in Chicago

The national law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP welcomes partner Vincent S. Oleszkiewicz, and associates Kiley C. Keefe and David A. Yontz to its Chicago office. Mr. Oleszkiewicz joins the Environmental Practice Group, Ms. Keefe joins the firm as a member of both the Environmental and Litigation Practice Groups, and Mr. Yontz joins the firm as a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Mr. Oleszkiewicz comes to Arnstein & Lehr with experience in handling a wide variety of environmental matters including RCRA litigation, toxic tort matters, groundwater contamination, and private and governmental cost recovery actions. He regularly advises clients on environmental issues in real estate transactions, dispute resolution, and corporate transactional matters, helping corporations solve and resolve complex environmental real estate matters, environmental litigation, and in proceedings before local, state and federal environmental agencies. Mr. Oleszkiewicz has been consistently named an Illinois Environmental “Leading Lawyer” by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, an Environmental “Super Lawyer,” and has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.

Ms. Keefe will be joining Arnstein & Lehr’s Litigation Practice Group, working on general civil litigation matters. Ms. Keefe will also continue working with Mr. Oleszkiewicz on a variety of environmental matters, including litigation and client counseling on environmental issues such as environmental regulation, permitting, compliance, dispute resolution, and environmental issues in real estate and corporate transactional matters. Ms. Keefe received her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she was a Maurer Scholar (awarded a full academic scholarship) and where she received distinction for her extensive pro bono work.

Joining Arnstein & Lehr’s Real Estate group, David Yontz works on matters including commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. Mr. Yontz has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the field of commercial leasing, having drafted and negotiated hundreds of retail leases for regional and super-regional shopping centers while serving as Real Estate Counsel for one of the largest privately held developers of destination shopping centers in America.
