Arnstein & Lehr Elects Five Attorneys to Equity Partners in Chicago

Arnstein & Lehr LLP has invited five individuals to become equity partners of the firm. William T. "Toby" Eveland, Adam S. Fayne, John C. Gekas, James T. Rohlfing, and E. Jason Tremblay have all been recognized for their prominent work and leadership both in the firm and the legal community.

A partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and Chair of the firm’s Committee on Diversity & Inclusion, Mr. Eveland’s litigation practice focuses on higher education matters, municipal and governmental legal services, and business litigation, including complex insurance matters, class actions, employment law, and defense of premises and product liability claims and other tort defense.

Mr. Fayne, a tax partner, practices in the areas of tax controversy, tax planning and corporate advisory, where he frequently advises individuals and businesses on tax planning matters.

Mr. Gekas, a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focuses on assisting clients with business dispute resolutions, with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to closely-held businesses and individuals.

Mr. Rohlfing is Chair of the firm’s Construction Practice Group, representing subcontractors and contractors, and has led trials and appeals involving business litigation and construction law.

Mr. Tremblay is Chair of the firm's Employment & Labor Practice Group. His practice focuses on employment law and commercial matters, where he represents a diverse client base, including financial institutions, educational institutions, governmental entities, and companies in the technology, service, restaurant and retail industries.
