Arnstein & Lehr LLP Expands Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice With New Partner David C. Strosnider
The national law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP is growing its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice with the arrival of David C. Strosnider. Mr. Strosnider, who joins as a partner in the Chicago office, will be a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group.

Mr. Strosnider focuses his practice on executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA. He advises senior management, boards of directors, compensation committees and plan fiduciaries at public and private companies, and non-profit organizations. He also represents executives in the negotiation and documentation of their C-level employment agreements.
Mr. Strosnider earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000, received his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University School of Law in 1999 and his B.A. from Presbyterian College in 1995.
