Arnstein & Lehr LLP Strengthens Litigation Practice
The national law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP strengthens its Litigation Practice with the addition of Michael J. Pollock to its Chicago office as an associate.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome Michael to our Arnstein & Lehr team,” said Michael Gesas, Managing Partner of Arnstein & Lehr LLP’s Chicago office. “He demonstrates exceptional talent and adds depth and experience to our litigation capabilities.”
Before joining the firm, Mr. Pollock worked as a law clerk at a prominent Chicago law firm. As a clerk, he conducted research in civil litigation matters including personal injury, medical malpractice and worker’s compensation; drafted legal memoranda outlining research performed while including a strategy to implement the cases researched; and participated in motion practice including writing and answering motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss and petitions for attorney fees. Additionally, he worked at The John Marshall Law School Pro Bono Clinic and served as a legal extern for the American Health Information Management Association.
“Joining Arnstein & Lehr was an easy decision. After law school I was looking for a firm that had excellent associate training and mentor programs to help develop my skills and career as an advocate,” said Mr. Pollock. “Apart from this, I was searching for a firm with strong ties to the Chicago community and the John Marshall Law School. Arnstein has shown through years of experience that they are dedicated to developing their associates and have shown a commitment to Chicago communities and John Marshall alike.”
Mr. Pollock received his B.A. magna cum laude from Northern Illinois University in 2011 and earned his J.D. cum laude from The John Marshall Law School in 2015.
