The national law firm of Arnstein & Lehr LLP congratulates Chicago partner Kevin H. Morse, a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Commercial Litigation practice groups, on being selected to participate in the fifth annual Next Generation Program of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) that will be held in Miami, Florida from September 27-30.
Mr. Morse is one of 40 candidates chosen based on his depth of experience as a bankruptcy attorney and his leadership potential as the next generation of bankruptcy practitioners. He continues to establish himself as a highly respected member of the bankruptcy bar by representing a wide range of clients, from chapter 7 trustees to financial institutions and large chapter 11 debtors. Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr, Mr. Morse served a one year term as the judicial law clerk for the Hon. Thomas B. Donovan in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (Los Angeles).
“It is a great honor to nominate Kevin for the NCBJ’s Next Generation Program,” said Barry A. Chatz, chair of Arnstein & Lehr’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice group. “I have witnessed Kevin's growth in not only his legal skills, but his ability to professionally and successfully manage our clients, opposing counsel and a diverse caseload. Participating in the program offers Kevin the unique opportunity to engage with and learn from distinguished judges as well as senior practitioners further enhancing his legal and networking skills.”
