Experienced Trial Lawyer Peter S. Brooks Joins Saul Ewing’s Boston Office
(Boston, MA, April 4, 2012) – Saul Ewing LLP is pleased to announce that Peter S. Brooks has joined the firm as partner in the Litigation Department, and Real Estate and Construction practices. Brooks, an experienced trial lawyer, will be resident in the Boston, MA office.
Brooks focuses his practice on civil and business litigation, real estate acquisition, partnership and financing litigation, and zoning law and land use. He regularly represents secured lenders in the enforcement of commercial loan agreements. Additionally, he represents interested parties in administrative hearings on zoning, subdivision approval and wetlands permitting, and serves as a member of the local Planning Board. Brooks has an active appellate practice and has handled over thirty full appeals in the state and federal appellate courts.

Brooks holds his law degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
