Havens and Prevas Selected to The Daily Record’s 2018 Generation J.D. Leadership in Law Award
Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, a full-service law firm with more than 400 attorneys in 15 offices, today announced that Jonathan Havens, Vice Chair of the Firm’s Food and Beverage Practice, and Tom Prevas, Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Practice, were selected to receive The Daily Record’s 2018 Generation J.D. Leadership in Law Award.
The Generation J.D. Leadership in Law Award recognizes Maryland’s up-and-coming legal professionals based on professional achievement, community leadership and mentoring. According to the publication, Jonathan and Tom were selected by an outside panel of judges from over 100 nominations.
“The recipients of this year's Leadership in Law and Lifetime Achievement awards are outstanding leaders in the legal profession and also in the greater community. They are actively involved in making the communities in which they live and work the best they can be,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, publisher of The Daily Record. “Following closely in their footsteps are the Generation J.D. honorees who are already making a difference in their profession and in their communities. The Daily Record is honored to recognize all the award winners.”
An awards event to honor Tom, Jonathan and their fellow winners will be held on May 17. Honorees will also be profiled in a special magazine inserted into the May 2018 issue of The Daily Record.
