Palmieri Elected to Serve as Secretary for American College of Mortgage Attorneys
Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, a full-service law firm with more than 400 attorneys in 16 offices, today announced that Andrew Palmieri, a partner in the Real Estate Services Practice, was elected to serve as the secretary for the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA). The officer position starts a five-year run through the positions of secretary, treasurer, president-elect, president and immediate past president for ACMA.
Before his election as ACMA’s secretary, Andrew served on the Board of Regents for the organization from 2018 to 2020, as well as from 2012 to 2017. Andrew also previously served as the co-chair of the Programs Committee and the chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee. ACMA is the preeminent professional development and networking organization for commercial real estate finance attorneys throughout North America.
With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and real estate finance, Andrew helps national and local developers in the area of acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of real estate. Regional banks also seek his legal advice on complex commercial loan transactions due to his extensive background in real estate finance. Andrew is resident in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
